EBS-6800P

EBS-6800P is the name of our printer designed for pigmented inks. The printer is an industrial single-head inkjet printer designed for non-contact coding of moving objects on a factory conveyor belt with up to 500m/min (@ 5x5 matrix).

High constrast

The special field of our EBS-6800 is the processing of pigmented inks. These have the advantage that they are extremely rich in contrast and are very good visible on a wide variety of surfaces.

Degree of protection IP44 as standard

IP44 or IP54 - Protection of the housing against the ingress of water and coarse dust allows to ensure the reliability of the printer for a long time. The printer's keyboard and screen and all ports are protected against chemicals and water spray. (IP 54 optional available)

High Contrast

The pigment inks used in our printers, such as white or yellow ink, enable printing on a wide variety of dark substrates. Other inks, such as green or blue ink, produce high-contrast, opaque prints on all surfaces and are also suitable for multicolored substrates. With our expertise, you’ll find the right ink for every application.

Easy Maintenance

The EBS BOLTMARK II series is equipped with an integrated ink system that can be changed in 3 simple steps in less than a minute: Open the flap, remove the used iModule®, insert the new iModule® – done! No technician or tools required. The same applies to the quick change of ink and solvent bottles. No interruption of the printing process, no unscrewing of bottle caps, and no dirty fingers: Remove the used bottle, insert the new one—click!

Protection Class IP44 and IP54

The standard IP44 or optional IP54 protection rating of the housing against water ingress and coarse dust ensures the printer’s long-term reliability. The keyboard, display, and ports are protected against chemicals and splashing water. Remove the used bottle, insert the new one—click!

Custom Configuration

With optional upgrades such as various sensors, cables in different sizes, increased text memory, and much more, you can customize your printer to suit your specific application.
